FreshRx for MOMs is a collaboration of Need More Acres Farm and Community Farm Alliance, funded by a USDA/NIFA GusNIP grant. Participants will receive a weekly home delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables. FreshRx for MOMs participants must be: Currently pregnant (before 32 weeks) Currently living in Allen or Warren counties Currently enrolled in Medicaid Attending regular visits with a physician or midwife (telemedicine visits acceptable)
