At no cost to your family, HANDS encourages, supports, and provides information to new parents and families as they develop healthy parent-child relationships. HANDS works to support caregivers with the stresses of parenting by providing community resources, parent/child activities, and home visits. Developmental milestones are checked and toys provided with our screeners to ensure your baby is thriving.
