Our compassionate nursing staff provide daily skilled nursing care, oversight, & advocacy. The child’s nurse is a part of a multidisciplinary team that helps the child achieve an optimal level of health. Provider prescribed care; Nurse administered care & case management; Plan of care updated quarterly & reviewed biannually by the child’s provider; Daily nursing assessment; Medication & treatment management and administration; Individualized nursing interventions; Nurse collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare team; Diabetes is one of the diagnoses that qualify for PPEC care. .
